Since Roman antiquity, mulled wine has not lost its splendor and is always invited to our moments of conviviality from the first frosts and during the Christmas holidays.

Its advantage: from 4pm onwards, you can enjoy it without feeling guilty because when served warm, it no longer contains any alcohol molecules and it delights us with its sweet and spicy aromas.

  • 0.396 Gal US of wine (Pinot Noir from Burgundy)
  • 1 Cup of brown sugar
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Zest of one orange

  • 2 star anise / star anise
  • 2 cloves
