In Burgundy, there is no lack of food products, moreover several territories of Burgundy Franche Comté are classified as “Sites Remarquables du Goût” (Remarkable Sites of Taste) thanks to their local gastronomic specialties, for example Bresse and its poultry, Comté in the mountains of the Jura, blackcurrant, saltings, Charolais meat….

You will cook with the best chefs of Burgundy, who will open the doors of their kitchens to share with you their passions, their secrets and their culinary know-how which require high standards and a bit of fantasy!
If you participate in our cooking class on a market day, you can also accompany our chef on a hunt for fresh local produce at our Burgundy market.
Of course, after the effort the comfort! You will taste the beautiful meal that you will have concocted while tasting delicious wines of Burgundy which will sublimate the prepared dishes.
